Hermes Arceau Temp Suspendu with Time suspense feature.


The new Hermes Arceau Tem Suspendu (time suspense) wristwatch, Again displays the ways in which fashion houses are starting to take their approach to making Watches very slowly, and very seriously.


Created in collaboration with Agenhor in Geneva, the retrograde movement features minutes, hours, date, stop/start push piece, power reserve of 42 hours, water resistance of 30 metres, and all housed in a 43mm casing.


Avaiable in Steel, Rose gold, and with a selection of dial colours and strap combinations, this masterpiece of engineering contains some 254 parts. The Complication is a retrograde time suspended zone, which allows at the press of the pusher located at 9 oclock, the watch can be supended, and jumo to their slightly recessed position at 12 oclock, then the time suspended counter will display the amount of time the wearer is waiting, until a second push of the pusher will return the hands to their proper position.


The price for this new watch varies from £11,000 for Stainless Steel, up to £25,000 for Solid gold, and is another designer watch which shows how serious fashion brands are becoming about taking a chunk of the manufacture watch market, which creates Billions of Dollars every Year.
