Leatherman 25th Anniversary Argentum Collection.

A few months ago I wrote a blog entry with a list of 25th anniversary products, one of which was a special limited edition leatherman multi tool with solid gold side panels.  That particular model was a limited run at the pinnacle of the Argentum collection priced at $40,000.  Pictured here is the bottom end of the Argentum range priced at a ever so reasonable (sic) price of $12,000.

In my opinion the white gold plated arms with elegant hand painted side panels is far nicer than the flat solid gold side panels of the top end model, but that is often the case.
