Prada creates fantastically ugly brothel creeper style shoes with sandwich soles in hideous colours for Spring/Summer 2011.

It has not as yet been made entirely clear if these shoes are an attempt at humour by Prada, or a real actual piece of clothing that they expect us to wear.  If it is indeed the latter, one can only assume that once again we are presented with two options.  That they are designed with a massive dollop of irony to be worn with humour and thrown away, or that Prada have given up trying to pretend they care about how people look, and are just trying to amuse themselves seeing how ridiculous they can make people look while taking their wads of cash.

In any case the laughable sandwich sole brogues are set to be on sale in Prada's stores in the next couple of weeks, no pricing information is as yet available, but will no doubt be around the £400 mark.

We are inviting comments as always, but particularly in this case, as our opinions are so negative. What do you think? Are you chomping at the bit to rush out and buy a pair?  Or do you share our feelings that they should be burned in a large pile?
