Pinel et Pinel produce another beautiful trunk 'the martell'.

We are great lovers of Pinel et Pinel, Monsieur Fred Pinel has in a few short years created a brand in the grand french tradition of trunk makers, yet with enough modernity to be up to the minute.  We wrote recently about a selection of some of their best pieces, however, we have not seen any new trunks from them for a while now.  After seeing their newest offering, it's easy to understand the delay!

This Impressive new work represents a collaboration between Pinel and Martell, the grand old Cognac house, it holds within its vast frame is every high end cognac that Martell produce, including the ultra premium Cordon Blue and L'Or de Jean Martell, 28 unique blends specially prepared, their standard VSOP cognacs, 30 crystal glasses, Limited edition candles, a humidor, all cigar tools, a fortunuff crystal ashtray, st dupont lighter and perfume flacon.  All bound in the Martell house colour of royal blue leather, and mounted on the Pinel castors.

This ultimate luxury item is wildly impractical for most mere mortals, and pricing has not even been announced, as in if you need to ask you can't afford it, however, this really does represent the ultimate expression of a cognac lovers all in kit, and positioned in a room large enough could be a most elegant all in one bar and drinks cabinet.
