Baccarat release a Wine stopper for the first time, named the tip-top wine stopper.

For the first time Baccarat have produced a Wine stopper, in true baccarat style it is made from solid Baccarat crystal, and will be available in three styles, as shown above, known as Sherazade, Regence and Louxor, all of which are inspired by previous Baccarat Design pieces.

Priced at £80 per Stopper, and set to be available from Baccarat's stores in the next month, they represent a continuation of another trend we like to document here at Disappear Here, that of luxury brands producing small inexpensive items to make their brand more accessible to a wider range of consumers.

Nothing wrong with that, in fact it's most admirable and for a lover of baccarat crystal who already has a comprehensive set, a piece like this represents a nice addition to the collection. But these type of small one off items are really targeted at consumers who gulp nervously at for example, £120 for a single Crystal goblet, for these types of people a little luxury goes a long way, and what nicer to spice up the table with a Fine Crystal wine stopper from Baccarat.
