Moncler Release Sunglasses proper, in collaboration with Mykita.

This is not the first time that Moncler have released a pair of Sunglasses, or even the first time they have released eyewear et al, they do have a large selection of Ski Goggles branded with Moncler, all of which conform to rigorous standard for high altitude and sub zero conditions, and. they have released a few pairs of 'fun' sunglasses for off piste and city wear also, however, this new release from Moncler, made in collaboration with Glasses brand Mykita, represents the first serious pair of Sunglasses for non skiing pursuits they have made.

The German Brand Mykita is well known for their high quality lenses (big surprise for a German company), and the lenses in these new frames are no exception, scratch proof, anti fog, and with a special "invisible" Moncler logo which shows up when the Barberini Mineral Glass lenses are breathed on, they have been specially treated with a 0.3 micron layer of anti glare coating, which makes them perfect for any action on the slopes.

Available in three colours, and supplied in a branded Moncler/Mykita case with a charming little down glasses holder which reminds us of Moncler's eponymous Down jackets, they are available now and are priced at £275 a pair.  The press Video below displays the unisex qualities of the frames.
