Officially announced 5 days ago, Karl Largerfeld's 2013 Cruise Collection once again does not fail to impress. As we predicted in our 2011 SpringSummer 2012 announcement, the show was held at the pala ce of Versailles, and either the designer was influenced by the venue, or he used it for small touches of inspiration, for the collection displayed a strong influence of Marie Antoinnette, both in it's Women's wear and the now ever growing Mens collections.
Touches included candy coloured wigs, venetian platform shoes, heavy doses of lace, and charming little double c beauty spot face stickers. All in all another triumph for Largerfeld.
