Henry Tang Burgundy Collection Sells For $6.2 Million.


In luxury related news, Former Hong Kong Chief Secretary Henry Tang, known as the owner of the largest privately held collection of wine in the world, has in an auction by Christie's sold his entire  for 6.2 million.


The auction demonstrated once again the power of Burgundy at the resale market, with the wide varities of wine Mr Tang possessed dominated by the Burgundy region wines, and also, that Hong Kong, through aggressive buyers like Mr Tang, has become the worlds largest fine wine market.
