To celebrate the launch of Thierry Mugler's new Eau Sucre perfume, set to be on general sale in Summer 2014, Fauchon have collaborated to produce a special edition eclair, inspired by Thierry Mugler best selling Angel perfume.
The Eclair is unusually set to be a combination of two senses, taste and smell. The eclair contains a bitter chocolate and almond praline centre, surrounded by madagascar vanilla cream, with a hint of lemon and caramel.
The white chocolate topping on this eclair has been given a blue hue, to evoke the Angel perfume packaging, and delicately applied white vanilla stars, along with the angel logo in black icing, and a scented chocolate square in the middle.
The limited edition will be available at Fauchon boutiques from May 19th to June 7th, in order to coincide with the limited edition Eau Sucre perfume release, and will cost around £4.50 per eclair.
