BAPE Bapex Yellow Gold Edition.

For the first time, A BATHING APE will be releasing one of their iconic Bapex models in yellow gold.  Now before you go getting all excited and thinking that BAPE are finally transitioning from street luxury into true luxury, this is merely a colourway, as in yellow coloured metal.  It is in fact not even gold plated, just coloured.

However, it's still a pretty cool release.  BAPE's Bapex wristwatches have always been an ironic, reasonably priced little fun-poke at Rolex's models, with Submariner, Daytona and Oyster styles.  And being done in Yellow gold means an ironic touch of bling can be added also.  Available now from selected retailers for £300 per model.
