Germany’s ekn Footwear drops one of the most unusual sneakers we’ve seen in a long time. The Bamboo Runner is handmade in Portugal from a plant-based, recycled Neoprene upper, with laser-cut veg-tanned leather detailing and an unconventional system that allows the shoes to be laced either from the front or the back. The sneakers are available in both black and olive colorways and ride on cushioned EVA sole units.
