British eyewear brand Finlay & Co have made such an impression with their trendsetting wooden sunglasses frames that even Ray-Ban is sitting up and taking notice. What once was regarded as firmly tradtastic has now become seriously fashionable, and if you're not on the wooden frame bandwagon you are missing out.
With this in mind Ray-Ban have given the wooden treatment to their most classic style, the clubmaster. It is an interesting combination of two super hot items, as popular as wooden frames are, the clubmaster is also the in style frame to be seen in, so Ray-Ban are capitalising simultaneously on two trends at once.
At present available only with green lenses and gold metal with brown wood, the club master wood, style code RB3016M 11824E costs £240 and is out now.
