Les Ambassadeurs Casino in Mayfair has rightly earned over its many years in existence the title of being one of the most exclusive gambling establishments in the world.  Its prestigious location combined with clientele comprising the great and the good of the last 100 years firmly place it in the upper strata of elite Casinos, offering a well appointed restaurant reminiscant of the Colony Club, and a full concierge service that would not be out of place within the offices of Quintessentially, it really does attempt to offer all a truly sophisticated Gentleman could want or need.

Operating more like a gentleman's club, it has a rigorous and scrutinous membership procedure, whereby prospective members must be forwarded by an existing member and a second, and then be presented and interviewed by the board of membership within the venue itself.

Or that is to say it did have, recent high profile losses to the likes of international businessman such as Phillip Green amongst others, have left this quarters profit estimates considerably depressed, combined with a poor economy generally, the Clubs formerly stringent membership application procedure has been considerably relaxed.  Although it is not clear quite how relaxed the procedure currently is, it is known that needing to be interviewed is no longer a neccesity, nor for that matter having a second recommending you, rather merely a single existing member, and in some rare cases merely on one's own merits can one become a member.

The Membership fee however has not been changed, and still stands at £1000 for those interested in applying, along with a yearly membership fee of £25,000.
