Louis Vuitton Releases New Publication 100 Legendary Trunks with a limited Store Bought Only Cover.

Periodically from from house of Louis Vuitton we see an extraordinary book released, one which would find itself comfortably at home on any coffee table, or bookshelf, and which manages to actually have a reasonable amount of content that may be of interest to read or just flick through.

Its last grand publication was the Louis Vuitton Art and Architecture released at the tail end of 2009, late last year, around September 2010,  they announced Louis Vuitton 100 Legendary trunks, containing some 800 images across 496 pages, detailing in depth 100 of Louis Vuitton's most exceptional creations chosen from their 150 years of History.

Now they have announced that this can be purchased from the Louis Vuitton Stores encased in the above silkscreened cover and slipcase, which carries a replica of the original Monogram design from 1896, evoking a real sense of the past while you flick through the pages reading about their back catalogue.

Priced at £130 and available now from Louis Vuitton stores which have a book section, New Bond Street in London is one example.
