We have written before about psuedo brand Aspinal's aspirations to be Smython with none of the heritage, and many of their leather goods clearly display these misdirected aspirations, however, the brand has started to become quite well known now, they have their own capsule store in the Westfield Centre, concessions in Harrods and Selfridges, and boutiques in Heathrow and Gatwick. We have not changed our opinions on the brand though.
Today we would like to show you a travel bag from Aspinal which surprisingly is not bad. Named the 'candy' case, it is a wheeled travel bag which conforms to IATA and BAA regulations for carry on luggage, constructed from leather, it allows considerable internal capacity, along with several internal and external pockets, and weighing only 3.27kg, gives a lot of scope for beating the hand luggage weight restrictions.
