Le Volume De Chanel Mascara Launched From Vending Machines.

Two firsts from Chanel, a volumising mascara, and a vending machine with which to purchase it.  The volumising mascara, titled "Le Volume de Chanel Mascara", features a special patented brush made from stacked disks, designed to coat, lengthen and separate the lashes, and which come in three colours, Noir, Prune and Blue, the mascara was launched on May 3rd, and costs £19 per edition.

And the other first, to celebrate this new perfume, and to promote it also, until the 15th of May 2013, at Selfridges Oxford Street there are special vending machines which will allow customers to purchase the mascara without the need of any human interaction.

The vending machines have been there since April 25th, and are in fact the second vending machine type affair from Chanel, the first having been seen at Vogue's Fashion's Night Out in September 2012, however, those were human vending machines, whereas these ones are fully automated, so get along to Selfridges before it's too late.
