LG's PD221 Pocket Photo Smart Mobile Printer.

While seemingly a rather pedestrian product for us to wrote about, on closer inspection this small device grants the user functionality not before available in respect of mobile printing, and therefore merited, in our opinion, an honorable mention.

The new LG PD221 Pocket Photo Smart Printer is a portable wireless printer that can connect to any Android or iOS device and allow you to print out 2x3inch prints anywhere, anytime, what make this so impressive, and allows for the device to be carried around weighing just 200 grams, is rather that using the traditional method of an ink cartridge found in most mobile printers, this device uses paper from a company called ZINK, this special paper has the ink built in, so when the image is sent to the device, it simply burns it into the paper.

This amazing little piece of technology is available as of the 20th of May, and will coat £200 per device, we feel it will be the future of photo printing.
