Louis Vuitton Chapman Brothers Autumn/Winter 2013/2014 Collection.

As seen on the catwalk back in January, at the debut of the Autumn/Winter 2013/2014, the promised Jake and Dino's Chapman, the infamous Chapman Brothers, have collaborated with Kim Jones to create a capsule collection of clothing and accessories for the season.

The pieces all carry the Chapman Brothers typically bold and macabre art, with motifs which are inspired by strange creatures of the Himalayas, as ever with the Chapman's work, one particular motif is repeatedly seen across all the work, in this case, the eye motif.

The designs are all quite heavy, and the Chapman's known for their controversial and extreme art, have toned it down somewhat, no Nazi Zombie's here, just the aforementioned Himalayan monsters writ large in an unusual trompe l'oeil pattern, with lots of eyes chucked in for good measure.

The collection includes bags, tote, messenger and holdalls, albert slipper style shoes in velvet, scarves and clothing.

In addition to all the clothing and small accessories, comes a small collection of silver jewellery, comprising cufflinks, necklaces and a pendant, all of which feature pearls, and the eye motif, prevalent elsewhere in the collection, here looking like an eyeball suspended in mid air.

Also, as a final point of interest, the commercially available colourways available worldwide will be Red and Blue, and, however, there is also a black version, pictured as the last images here, which are available exclusively at Dover Street Market Ginza, which is nice if you are in Tokyo.

So there you go, the Chapman Brothers, Louis Vuitton collection will be available worldwide from the end of September, and as stated, the black version only in Ginza from the same time.
