Lacoste L!VE And Footpatrol Collaboration.

In an extremely limited run, the tennis doyens of Lacoste and the sneaker game heavyweight that is London’s Footpatrol present their reinterpretation of a classic early ’80s mid-top silhouette. The Halfcourt reimagines the ‘Elite’ with a premium suede and nubuck upper cast in a limited batch of 50 in gray – intended solely for Footpatrol distribution – and a wider run of 400 executed in black for more general release. The collab saw Footpatrol essentially raid the archives of the iconic tennis brand, with the Halfcourt being the outcome along with a special long-sleeve tennis shirt, in a nod to René Lacoste and the founding pillars of the brand. The monochrome palette of the pack means the sneaker slots easily in at the highly wearable end of the market, yet with its full suede and nubuck upper, the overall feel and weight of the shoe and its limited run lends it a genuine sense of exclusivity and casual luxury.
Footpatrol’s limited gray colorway release drops October 17. The pack goes on worldwide release October 24 With prices startiung from £110
