Apple Watch Official Dock.

While seemingly a not particularly significant release, this new official product from Apple is in fact a subtle blow to the competion in the arena of Apple Watch docks.  Having carefully observed the other entrants on the market, Apple have made a multi purpose dock that will allow users to charge their Apple Watch either laying flat, or, in the upright position.

The advantage of this, aside from the stylish and elegant bedside docking solution itself, is that users will be able to now use the Apple Watches nightstand mode as Apple intended, as a replacement for a bedside clock.  Plugged in and charging all the time, and in the upright position.

The best bit is, as luxury electronics go, it is not particularly highly priced, coming in at only £50.  Available now from Apple stores worldwide.
