Leica is known for two things, exceptionally high quality lenses, and a red dot. From December, and just in time for the holiday season, Leica are realising a red version of one of their top lenses as a limited edition.
The lens in question is the APO-Summicron-M 50 mm f/2 ASPH, one of their best selling, and most expensive lenses. To accompany this red coloured special edition is a luxury grey calf leather zip case.
The special edition costs £6,800 and will be available from December 1st.
