You may be tempted to ask how a pair of headphones can manage to cost quite as much as this with such a conventional looking exterior. The answer, as with most things in life, comes from the exclusivity of the materials within, and the rarity of the product.
Produced in a limited run of only 2010 pieces, these headphones combine ruthenium, a rare earth metal, with titanium plated 40mm drivers, silver plated copper wires with 99.9 percent purity, kevlar coated cables, ethiopian sheepskin leather, oak wood, and all housed in a burr oak case.
All in all, the acoustic purity these Headphones offer would appear to go some way to justifying the £1800 price tag.
