New from Gucci comes the 1970 Handbag, this versatile large size bag comes in measuring 44cm x 37cm x 3.5cm giving a day bag which depending on the style chosen can move to the evening also.  The bag uses brass hardware, a brass shoulder strap with leather details, a metal tassel, Gucci engraved metal corners, a magnetic closure and internal PDA, mobile phone and zip pocket.

The Name 1970 commemorates the first year Gucci ever used Metal corners on its designs, something which has now become synonymous with a Gucci collection, the Bag is a modern interpretation of a 1970's style, further cementing the association, and the aforementioned Metal corners clearly mark out the inspiration.
