Lanvin's Sneaker collection for 2012/2013 winter has chosen to up the luxury stakes a little, following the trend shown across much of the higher end brands, perhaps indicative of the general improvement and confidence in the world economy, luxury brands feel their consumers are more willing to splash out, and reflect this in the choice of materials, products, and price points they are selling.
First at the lowest end we have the classic low top sneaker, this winter available in shades of burgundy and Camel suede, and additionally in Black Python, moving onto the mid top sneakers, we have suede pathwork, crocodile panels, python skin and goatskin, and in high top elephant grain, suede and eel patchwork.
Prices range from £305 for the low top suede up to £1100 for the eel patchwork, and all are available now in stores and online.
