Louis Vuitton have decided to honour Michael Phelps, the greatest olympian who has ever lived, by featuring him in one of their advertising campaigns. Phelps record breaking smashing 22 medal total has given him the largest total of medal ever awarded to any Olympic athlete, and his 18 medals in one games beat the closest rival by some 9 medals.
The campaign has two adverts, one with Phelps in a bath filled with water, wearing speedos and googles, and with a LV monogram bag on the floor next to him, the other features the aforementioned nearest rival, Larisa Latynina of Russia, having tea with Phelps, both reclining on a sofa, fully dressed, and with various items of Louis Vuitton merchandise around.
