Byron have been wowing patrons for the last five years, and have managed to successfully create a loyal following amongst both punters and critics alike, with Giles Coren of the Times crowning them "the best burger in London" in 2008, they have managed to enchant rather than annoy, with each new Byron having a unique look, a charming touch which sets them apart from the masses of corporate high street "Gourmet" fast food chains.
The question is, what is the perfect thing to wash down a Byron burger? they have a pretty good selection of craft beers, Sierra Nevada to name but one, but what's really needed they felt, was a Byron brand craft beer, and that is what they have given us, as of September 2012 there are Byron craft beers sitting neatly on the menu alongside all the other beers.
There is not much information on the site, only that it is a pale ale, and is available on the menu now, whether this will be extending to supermarket chains, be the herald of a huge new range of Byron beers, or be a one hit wonder that disappears quickly off the menu remains to be seen.
