Leica M Series One Of A Kind By Jony Ive.

At the risk of sounding like poster boys for Leica Camera AG, this is the third consecutive post we have uploaded on the products from their new catalogue, however, with such an awesome selection of top quality imaging equipment, it's hard not to keep mentioning them.

Todays offering is a little different however, commercially available though it may be, it is an absolute one of a kind, designed by the god of Apple Design that is Jony Ive, it is specifically designed to be a unique piece, which will be up for auction in a bid to secure some seriously awesome charitable donations, all alongside an auction that will feature everyones favourite globe trotting philanthropist, Bono.

The camera itself is a top of the line M series, with full 35mm format, CMOS rangefinder, and a 24 megapixel sensor, but if you are looking at this and salivating, and have just opened another browser trying to find out when and where the auction is, you probably dont care about that too much.

We are all eagerly awaiting what the Jony Ive design will look like when it finally comes out, as for price?  Well it's an auction, it's anyones guess, most likely in the hundreds of thousands no doubt.
