New from Nespresso comes a fresh concept, not merely a limited edition capsule, or a special flavour, this is "special reserve". Hot on the heels of the limited edition Crealto created in collaboration with Michelin starred chef Mauro Colagreco, this new Grand Cru contains 100% rare Hawaiian Kona Coffee.
With an intensity of 5 on the Nespresso scale, according to the Nespresso statement:
"Discover 100% Hawaii Kona Special Reserve. Characterized by an intensity of 5, Hawaii Kona Special Reserve gradually releases its exceptional roundness that will captivate you with its complex array of aromas. Due to the low volumes of production, it will be available in very limited quantities for a limited time only"
Due to the limited nature of the product, it will cost considerably more than the normal Nespresso capsules, the premium meaning a cost of £1.00 per capsule, reflecting the high cost, it is not necessary to order a minimum of 50 capsules as with the other varieties, a minimum of 10 can be ordered only.
