Bottega Veneta Mosaico Laque Leather Bag.

New from Bottega Veneta comes a tote bag for Spring/Summer which takes the Intrecciato pattern which is the houses signature, and interprets it in a unique mosiac applique design, known as the Mosaico Laque Bag, it is to some extent an expansion of the Intrecciato Mirage, and Intrecciato Illusion collections released last year, which all interpret the woven leather in a new way, while staying true to Bottega's core values of quality and discreet luxury.

The Mosaico Laque applies squares of smoky polyurethane in a traditional intrecciato pattern, and it uses a glossy leather it calls Vitello laque, which adds depth, due to the sheen and smooth texture of the leather, this is then finished off with a tonal chain handle, and interior zipped pocket, and detachable interior pouch in Vitello laque.

The bag measures 5.1" x 15.2" x 13.3", the strap measures 14", and it is available only in the colour shown here, it costs £2,395, and is available now until the end of summer only, after which this bag will no longer be produced.
