To commemorate IWC being nominated as the official watch brand of the Tribeca Film Festival, they have produced a special one off version of the Portuguese Automatic Chronograph, with all the normal feautures of the IWC Portuguese Chronograph, including 7-Day Power reserve, date display, and Pellaton winding system, the watch has a few things which make it stand out from other Portuguese Chronographs and IWC watches.
First it features rose gold numerals, hands and indice markers, second it carries and unusual combination of slate grey dial with red Chronograph dials, additionally it features a platinum clasp, and finally, and most significantly, an 18-carat gold medallion on the winder with the legend "Editiin 2013 Tribeca Film Festival Unique Piece".
This watch will be sold exclusively at auction at Antiquorum Auctioneers on April 10th 2013.
