Chanel's award winning Premiere Toubillon, which was inspired by the octagonal contours of the No.5 perfume bottle stopper, and won the best ladies watch award at the 2012 Grand Prix d'Horologerie de Geneve, and was designed by Swiss watchmakers Renaud & Papi, is set to be released in two limited edition versions for 2013.
The limited edition models feature the diamond adorned Tourbillon movement so loved by the panelist in 2012, and adds diamonds to the hands, alongside a choice of either 182 Baguette cut pink sapphires in White gold with a white face and white leather strap, or 182 Baguette cut blue sapphires set in White gold with a black face and black leather strap. These limited editions will be produced in a limited run of five pieces each, and will be available at the end of May 2013, for a price of £39,000 per model.
