Daum 2013 Year of The Snake Collection.

The year of the Snake in the Chinese lunar calendar has seen a considerably fewer creations to cash in on all that lovely Chinese money, which is a good thing, as the quantity level for the year of the Dragon 2012 were particularly high, whereas the quality level didn't necessarily correlate.  For the Year of The Snake, Expert Cristalier and Glassmaker Daum have produced a remarkably restrained, elegant and tasteful collection of pieces.

Featured here is the Charger, Vase and Trinket Box all cast from crystal, with the sinewy snake like patterns in clear evidence, and all using thoughtfully applied shades of emerald to these lovingly created  masterworks.  But then what less can we expect from such masters as Daum?  The Collection is available now from Daum retailers, which are few and far between, and prices for this seriously limited collection are available upon request.
