Bentley Motor's have utilised the services of French luxury goods designer Vincent du Sartel in order to create a series if handbags, which represent the first fashion collection ever by Bentley, du Sartel has previous experience with Louis Vuitton as a head designer, and for this project, has collaborated with Daniele Ceccomori, head of Bentley's product design team, in order to produce this first collection, which will comprise two pieces.
The two designs include, the Barnato, and the Continental, the Barnato bag is named after Diana Barnato-Walker, the first British woman to break the sound barrier, and the Continental bag is of course named after the famous Bentley model.
The Barnato model will cost £3500 and the Continental, a larger size, will be £5000, both bags will debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on August 18, and will be available worldwide from the end of September 2013.
