Maison Martin Margiela have announced they will be designing a range of wallpapers to be produced by Oxmeco. Oxmeco, a belgian company founded in1976, print using solar energy, and recycling their waste to produce materials made from recycled fibres.
The Green wallpaper producer will be making Martin Margiela's designs, the first run of which will include five styles. La Paesine, La Mosaique, Le rideau, Le point de croix, and L'optique. The design are intended to bring humour, elegance and avant-garde ideas withclassical tastes.
The range will be showcased at the interiores how at Salone del Mobile Milan in early April, and the Asian edition of Maison&Objet in March. It will be availble to purchase in around 3000 stores worldwide from the end of April, with prices starting from around £40 per metre.
