Louis Vuitton appear to be leaning towards bespoke automobile luggage in a big way right now. Just last week we announced their BMW i8 bespoke luggage, and now, Moynat, a brand also owned by Louis Vuitton, is producing a bespoke luggage piece for the Jaguar F-Type Sportscar.
The Trunk is a luxurious affair, created by hand forming eight layers of wood, and is then covered in slate grey leather, then lined in mandarin orange, Moynat's signature colour.
The case, as shown in the images, is a perfect fit, as would be expected from bespoke luggage, occupying the space in the F-Type's tiny boot to the maximum. The luxurious piece, which takes 900 man hours per piece to create, is made to order only, and costs £12,000 per edition.
