Asprey Private Collection Handbags By Katie Hillier.

In collaboration with Katie Hillier, Asprey are creating a range of handbags designed to make a handbag on par with an item of jewellery.  Titled the "Private Collection", each handbag will be on display in their New Bond Street store in a separate glass cabinet.  This sort of drama in the manner of display is specifically designed to bring to the attention of consumers that each handbag is made from exotic leathers, with precious metals, and in many cases, encrusted with gemstones.

Ranging from £38,500 to £150,000, the collection includes vibrantly coloured bags modelled on the 1781 collection, the Morgan day bag and the 167 collection.  Pictured here is the Green diamond encrusted 1781 mini, the yellow croc and white gold 167 , and the purple, white gold and diamond encrusted 1781 large size.

The collection will display seven pieces at first, and is available to view in a private room, with the stock cycling as each unique piece sells.  Available to purchase now.
