BAPE CHOCOOLATE And Bamford Watch Department CHOCOOLAAPE.

While we have often glanced at BAPE's BAPEX watches and cocked a wry grin, they are not something most would want on their wrists.  If you want luxury, wear a luxury watch, if you want street cool, wear a G-Shock, maybe  BAE G-Shock. But the BAPEX represent a middle ground few are willing to tread.

This new collaboration between BAPE, Hong Kong brand CHOCOOLATE and Bamford Watch Deparment has created a true high-end luxury timepiece with street smarts.  Taking the out and out coolest Rolex, the Rolex Explorer, they have customised it with a black case, black dial, and dial and rear etched logo's.

This is all finished off with a green canvas NATO strap which also bears the CHOCOOLAAPE logo, which is the name of the two brand's collaborative pieces.  Available from the end of March, it will be priced at £12,000 per custom made edition.
