Hot on the heels of the recent heritage inspired Rolex Submariners, Bamford Watch Department is going further than ever with the heritage theme, by releasing a Daytona and Explorer heritage style models.
The Daytona has a bi-metal steel and yellow gold effect, and the Explorer cleverly gives an antiquing effect to the dial to look like a heavily used 1016 with yellowed indices and numbers, while cleverly being in the larger, 214270 size case.
The Explorer model costs £11,500, and the Daytona Paul Newman £24,000. Both are available in limited quantities through Bamford's new dedicated "heritage" website.
