Luxury AirPods Case Roundup.

We haven't run a roundup article for a while, so here we present a selection of, what we think, are the nicest luxury branded AirPods cases for your enjoyment.  Unfortunately, there are none for the AirPods Pro, Yet.  

From Dior we have this simple flip over leather and palladium-finished brass on a carabiner style hook.  An envelope closure, it comes in pink, black and blue calf.  Measuring 5.3cm x 5.6cm x 2.5cm, it costs £270.

From Dolce & Gabbana comes a slightly less useful model.  No hook for bags of pant hooks, just a protective case for your protective case.  In leather, or brightly coloured canvas, and in a variety of shades, with the brand plaque on the front, it costs £270.

From Bottega Veneta we have two models, one another flip case for the flip case, and the other, an integrated flip case and lanyard for the neck.  Both are made from Bottega's signature luxurious intrecaciato leather, and both are available in a range of colours.  The flip one costs £340, and the lanyard model £410.

Philip Lim 3.1 have a supremely sleek an useful lanyard flip case in sleek leather.  Metal hardware and lots of options how to use this, and at an extremely reasonable £105, this is our good value pick.

Gucci predictably goes for maximal maximalism, with a range of canvas, leather or printed vibrantly colourful variations of a simple flip over case.  A hook makes it useful to attach to bags or belt loops, and prices range from £170 to £280.

Saint Laurent seem to have aimed their current AirPods case offering at the female accessory market, as they typically use this type of traditional YSL branding for their women's handbag ranges.  The sleek case can be used by all regardless of gender however, and has a loop for convenience.  Available in black and beige it costs £170.

Remember Salvatore Ferragamo?  No, we didn't think so.  A somewhat unlikely offering fro. the stalwart classic brand more known for being beloved by more mature consumers, the ''Gancini" AirPods case has a snap on circular hook, and is in black mini Gancini embossed leather.  It costs £235.

Burberry offers a simple canvas flip over case with a brass polished hook, and an unusual printed design. Suitable for all, and in the line up here relatively reasonably priced, at just £160.

Finally MCM, these guys have gone pretty crazy, with no less than three designs, all modelled after full size MCM backpacks.  The Classic, Tambourine and Neo Duke are frankly, pretty ridiculous in our opinion.  They are significantly larger than the item you are transporting, and are in no way convenient because of it.  These are talking pieces not really carry cases, and are available in a range of MCM canvas, costing from £285 each.
