Last season Prada released a truly hideous shoe in the form of a chunky multicoloured Brothel-creeper type shoe, which managed to be both ugly and expensive, our article on these monstrosities can be found Here.
For some unknown reason, they have decided to continue the trend of ugly for another season, above is a selection of images displaying some of the Autumn/Winter 2012 Shoe collection of Prada, and the stand out shoes really have to be those sandwich shoes again.
What makes the decision to continue releasing these so impenetrable, is that although Prada is a brand that essentially rehashes 50's and 60's styles for the modern age, it has always picked the most elegant examples of the styles from these periods, the brothel creeper, popular with the teddy boys for a short time, is one style that is unattractive in every possible way. The only redeeming factor for these latest shoes, is at least they have made the soles a little less high, and released in sombre shades of cordovan wine and black.
For any-one who disagrees with this, they are available now for £550 from Prada and its outlets.
