Parmigiani Fluerier Collaborate With Colette And Andre Saraiva.

Parmigiani Fleurier has unveiled a special edition of the Tonda 1950 in partnership with Parisian boutique colette and artist André Saraiva. The collaboration consists of eleven watches infused with themes of “Paris,” “New York” and “Love,” written in Saraiva’s signature typeface, evoking graffiti art and highlighted by the same color contrasts that define much of his work. The models, available with white or gold cases, feature black, blue or white lacquered backgrounds

An ultra-thin movement just 30mm in diameter and 2.6 mm thick has an off-centre micro-oscillating weight in platinum 950 to guarantee its inertia. Graphite or white-grained dial displays make up the hour and minute hands, while a nickel silver main plate is sand-blasted, circular-grained and then rhodium-plated.
This collection evokes truly Parisian ideals, with each edition being the only one of its kind.
