Cutler and Gross 2011 S/S collection heavily influenced with aquatic and nautical themes.

the Spring/Summer season is pretty much coming to its end now, most designers have already produced and released teasers regarding their Autumn/Winter collections, and Sales have begun in some of the big stores and design companies to offload 2011 S/S stock.

So then news of S/S collections now is almost retrospective rather than being announcements.  And it in this vein we discuss the Cutler and Gross 2011 Spring/Summer eyewear collection.  Stil very much available, and has been since January-February this year, they have not so much released any particularly revolutionary frame styles, rather given existing styles a heavy dose of nautical and aquatic influence, indeed the name of the theme for their advertising campaign is 'the mermaid and the officer'.

Examples are the ever popular 0935 which is now available in Ice blue, the 0993, now available in cherry, and a new style for the ladies, pictured above is the 1004, a dramatic style which harks back to the 1960's produced in plain black or with the glitter effect shown here.
