Ray-Ban Folding Aviators RB3497.

New from Ray-Ban comes a pair of sunglasses which are in fact genuinely, quite new.  Folding glasses have been around for a long time now, folding wayfarers from Ray-Ban for donkeys years and re-released recently, Folding Persol "mcqueen" frames similarly re-Released recently, and various other versions, however the thing all these glasses have in common is solid plastic or enamel frames, to date, aside from one unpopular pair from Dolce and Gabbana, no brand makes wire frame folding glasses, until now that is.

We therefore present the RB3497 folding aviators, now any budding Tom Cruise fan who desperately lacks space need no longer be concerned, he or she can don Risky Business era folding Wayfarers, and Top Gun era folding Aviators with abandon.

On the news side there's very little else to say, on the data side they are one size fits all, and come in 5 frame and lens colours, 3 standard and 2 polarised, the package includes a Brown leather carry case, contrasting the black mini case of the folding Wayfarers, and they cost £120 for the standard lens and £160 for the Polarised.

Available now from all Ray-Ban stockists and online just in time for, er, Winter.
