The smiling face beaming from the tiny trench coat/shirt and tie ensemble to grace the 2012/2013 Burberry Campaigns belongs to none other than the second child of David and Victoria Beckham, one Romeo Beckham.
This is the first modelling gig for Romeo Beckham, no doubt the first of many, and unlike many models forced to start at the bottom of the industry, Mr Beckham is being shot by Mario Testino, and personlly directed by Christopher Bailey, Burberry's chief creative officer.
According to Bailey, Romeo's face will be pretty much everywhere next spring/summer, as this will be a cross platform campaign, print, online and mass media, including billboards and store windows, the campaign features Romeo as a sort of impish fun character, contrasting the seriousness of Burberry's other models, and showing the fun side to Burberry, that it can be worn by people who do not take themselves too seriously.
Expect to see Romeo everywhere from next year, and view the video below for a sneak peek.
