Sunspel, the quintessentially British brand who produce some of the world's finest underwear, and who in our 2011 review of the best tee-shirts available came out in the top 5 existing tee's on the market for the modern man, have collaborated with another British stalwart, Cutler and Gross, to produce a limited edition pair of sunglasses.
The Sunspel x Cutler and Gross sunglasses take Cutler and Gross's signature 1009 model, and add what seemingly may be the absolute smallest touch, the Sunspel logo on the inner right arm of the frame, but which is in fact the final element in a long process, of selecting the frame style, and design aesthetic which best mirror the simple, minimalist aesthetic of Sunspel, a design aesthetic which never forgets the most important principal, high quality, and excellent value, the core factors of British made products.
The Sunspel x Cutler and Gross collaboration is available now in two exclusive colourways, dark tortoise, and smoky quartz, with complementary lenses, and each cost £310 per pair. Both are available now from Sunspel's online store, and from their 3 London locations, but move fast if interested, these are limited editions, and even ordinary cutler and Gross frames move exceptionally fast.
