This time, exclusive family owned jewellers Buccellati are the culprits. This family owned firm has for 95 years been producing bespoke pieces for the wealthy, and the new cases are no exception.
Although the firm offer a template, seen here, in essence what the brand is saying is they will make bespoke cases for any iOs device to your specification. So, the template is, solid 18-carat gold, encrusted with 20-carats of brilliant cut diamonds, which for an iPhone 5 for example will cost £87,000. However, if you want a solid platinum iPad case encrusted with a diamond facsimile of your favourite photo, you need only ask, and pay, and it will be yours.
