Louis Vuitton NBA Capsule Collection.

It's entirely possible that we are beginning to sound like stuck records here, as each new piece of information we share lately is related to a release by Louis Vuitton, and how bad it is.  This is however a chicken and egg situation, in that we need to consider, are we focusing on LV's poor quality releases, or are LV just producing a lot of bad stuff lately?

We will let you decide on this, but one ting that's for sure, the new NBA x Louis Vuitton capsule collection is pretty much the standard of clothing you would expect to find at a counterfeit clothing stall.  Everything about these pieces seems wrong, and people would need a good deal of convincing to believe these are authentic Louis Vuitton pieces.

Predictably they are not cheap either, so they are ugly and expensive.  And apparently, according to the press releases, this is the first of a three year deal between the two organisations, so we will be seeing a lot more of this.

The collection is available now, and is being sold exclusively from their Madison Square Garden location and online virtual store, to recreate the feeling of the game.

That element of the concept is done very well, as it should be, a company of LV's financial clout should be able to afford decent graphic and web designers, but the products themselves, which start from £400 and go up to £2,000 for the blazer covered with NBA mini logos, and far higher still, are at best ugly.
