Nespresso announce 2011 variations - then sell out in less than a week.

Any user of Nestle's much celebrated and maligned Nespresso Capsule system has by now become quite familiar with the seasonal Variations range, for those that aren't every year the company releases  a range of flavours in the last two months of the year, usually sweet or traditionally christmassy type flavours, for example 2009 was caramel, chestnut and vanilla.

For 2011 the flavours WERE Vanilla, Dark Cherry and Dark Chocolate, the reason for the stress on were, is that the entire collection is now sold out, in fact, to be more accurate, the entire collection was sold out by the 26th of November, which makes this rather old New's.

However, the purpose of this is rather more than a stale informative of a product already run out, it is rather an indictment of the Variations system, simply not enough are produced to satisfy demand, as such the price is set higher, as by the almighty rules of supply and demand, if something is more desirable it must have it's price increased.

And then we come to the true crux of the problem, far too many unscrupulous, or perhaps some may say enterprising, people buying massive quantities of these variations capsules, and selling them at profit o eBay or other auction sites, we feel nespresso should introduce some sort of limit to allow more people who are genuine to try these delicious flavours, or perhaps, and this may be just too much like common sense, make enough to satisfy demand.

So there you have it, Nespresso Variations are now available, fancy some?  Please visit www.eBay.co.uk to purchase yours now.
