Chanel Haute Joaillerie Collection Winter 2012.

Chanel have been producing Jewellery for some 80 years now, starting in 1932, however in the last 10 years their Haute Joaillerie collections have gained them entry to the rarefied world of Haute Joaillerie, where £100,000 necklaces are snapped up without a thought.

The Images below show the Chanel Haute Joaillerie Collection for Winter 2012, which is heavily influenced by that first 1932 World Fair collection, the star of the collection being the Cornet broach, pictured at the bottom of the page, this re-issue of an original 1932 design commemorates and honours the decision by Coco to collaborate with De beers and release that first collection in the middle of the Depression.

As per usual, the prices for the costume Jewellery are quite astronomical, with none of the items pictured here costing less than £65,000.
