Tom Ford "special edition" Eyewear Collection.

For 2012 Tom Ford has decided to create a set of two pair of ultra high end spectacles.  His Optical and Sunglasses rangs have been taken on by the great and the good worldwide, and this step represents the next stage in a sense, ordinary Optical and Sunglasses Frames just aren't enough for Mr Ford anymore, to really stand out he needed to create something both extraordinary and unique.

The styles are influenced by Ford's love of the 1950's, they are made from Precious Water buffalo horn, Gold Plated Metal, and are presented in a Bakelite Box, with a special Leather case, cleaning cloth and even a special cream to care for the frames.

The Frames are available in two styles, one for Women (5257) and one for Men (5260), the Mens Frame   features a square shape with optional Gold plated metal in white or yellow gold, with either Black or Natural Horn (pictured above), and the Womens style is oval in shape and reminiscent of the Horn Rimmed glasses of the 50's (pictured Below), and comes in either White or Natural Horn with Yellow gold plated metal.

The glasses will be available at a limited selection of Tom Ford Boutiques World Wide, and will cost £2350 per pair.
